Sumitomo East China Workshop 2

Nov, 2015: This workshop aimed to be a learning platform for participants to handle effectively challenges when dealing with both difficult or staff posed with good working attitude during corrective feedback. On top of that, participants also learned the important element to manage a team. With this workshop, participants also learned the fun to build trust and experienced the techniques to develop a high performing team.


" During Class Activity " 


Our expert trainers, Mr. Bryan and Mr. Albert were invited to conduct this workshop. Throughout the workshop, there were many activities as well as one-to-one guide from our trainers. Towards end of each activity, participants were encouraged to do reflection on oneself and shared their feeling as well as learned from other participants. The positive climate encouraged openness in the discussion and participants learned to look into their blind spots. All participants were very happy and enjoyed the session.
