Oct 11, 2014: So often we see stories of CHANGE, what if it happens on you, how should you REACT? It can be a disaster if you do not communicate change to your subordinate / individuals effectively. Change management is in full-force for almost all industries. However, many leaders are unprepared to act upon the requirements for change to avoid business disruption and at the same time are slow to change as the internal politics makes it difficult to reach consensus across all levels of leadership.

I conducted this training on Leadership & Change Management to act as a platform for managers or supervisor to equip themselves to FACE + DEAL with CHANGE. Throughout the training, I incorporated many related life-scenarios, role play and games to ensure my participants understand the rules of communicate change management to the next level.
In my training, I also shared with participants the “5 Phrases of Growth” to emphasis on the importance of encouragement and effective communicate skills to lead a team during “CHANGE”.
