Train The Trainer (TTT)
On 8 & 9 July, Albert and me were invited to conduct training for Murata IBM Singapore. The participants are mainly from Singapore and also 2 more ladies who came from Thailand and Indonesia joining the program.
From this training, participants were exposed to transformational leadership management. Instead of theory based, this training was conducted in an interactive manner. The climate of this training was the unique presentation style and experience sharing among participants. Every participant participated actively, worked together to discuss and share their experience, reflect on the gap and practice various leadership skills to solve either their own challenges or the challenges others are facing. At the end of the activities, participants were invited to share their learning, thought and solutions for challenges raised by us.
A 2 Days intensive Train the Trainer Program is also conducted to groom their internal trainer in order to enable them to effectively provide the training internally.
