Oct 2014: Albert and me travelled to China for Evonik LEAP Lab 3. This course was chunked into few sessions whereas Leadership & Breakthrough Thinking as the main dish followed by Leadership & Cross Department Collaboration and ended with Role Play as well as Participant Reflection.
This training targeted to enhance performance among the team member from different culture background. To facilitate the training, we brought in many practical activities to the training such as “Stand in Circle” and sharing of action plan.
Team bonding played an important role in this training whereby both Albert and me acted as the moderator to cultivate a sense of self-awareness through indentifying a leadership vision, mission, style and values to our participants. We exhibited knowledge and awareness of diversity around cultures and society in our training.
