Effective Budgeting Model & What If Analysis for Accountants ( August 8&9, 2016)

08 & 09 August, 2016 :  Effective Budgeting Model & What If Analysis training is a training programme conducted at out training centre for accountants to allow them plan a budget by not just saving their time but also in supporting management decision making more effectively.

The main key aspects of the training is mainly to understand the budget process which involves planning, coordinating and controlling of the budget that improves the business efficiency. Participants were thoroughly trained on preparing the details of profit and loss budget which influence the factors in building core budgets and also on tips to replicate formulae and create effective link to Profit & Loss Budget using MS Excel features. Not just that, the participants were also being trained on creating MS Excel worksheet templates.

This training was conducted by one of our veteran trainer Ms. Joanne Kok , a well-qualified accountant with many years of experience. Ms. Joanne’s diverse experience had helped the participants to have a clear understanding especially on areas of core main budgeting process such as Planning, Coordinating and Controlling that are very important for budgeting analysis.
