Nov 2015: Teijin EAGLES Leadership Learning Lab 2 was successfully completed. Throughout the training, our participants were engaged and involved in various activities that aimed to achieve different objective. Among all these activities, participants learned to appreciate the importance of talent retention, situation leadership, delegation, teamwork, change management.

Those activities were good practice for participants to strengthen team work among themselves and learned to adjust one’s leadership style appropriate to the situation. In this training, participants were given the opportunities to feedback, acknowledge and reconnect with each other.
The course trainers, Mr. Bryan & Mr. Albert used unique learning transfer method that combined teachings with positive psychology and creative thinking into a comprehensive integrated, behaviorally effective mind program.
